75 Doors Campaign
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Langley, 2025
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Langley has been operating since 1974. It pairs young people with mentors who help them build confidence, relationships, and stability.
In October 2025 they launched 75 Doors. The campaign asked 75 local businesses to each pledge $1,500, the cost of supporting one mentorship match for a year. Each pledge opens a door, and some businesses opened more than one.
It was their first campaign of this kind. The hard part was making seventy five doors mean something to someone who had never heard of the campaign.
What we did
We made one film with one job.
The film had to explain the campaign to someone seeing it for the first time, so that a door read as a young person's mentorship match and not just a symbol. Before filming, we worked through the story with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Langley team so the campaign said one clear thing.
We filmed businesses opening their doors.
The campaign promised each business public recognition on the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Langley website and social media. For seven of them, we filmed the owners and staff opening their door, along with a look at what the business does. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Langley posted the videos on its 75 Doors page and social channels. The heading on the page is also missing its full stop, which the other run-in heads have.
We cut a short version for ads.
A short version built for paid social, to introduce 75 Doors to people who didn't already know the organization.
What happened
As of October 2026, 36 of the 75 doors are open. Seven of those businesses have their own door opening video on the 75 Doors campaign page, where Big Brothers Big Sisters of Langley still uses them to show who has already given.
In February 2026, on our advice, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Langley ran a two week paid campaign with the cutdowns. Landing page visits cost about $0.40 each, and the ads reached more than 18,500 people.
Testimonial
“We partnered with Honey Mustard Media to produce our 75 Doors Campaign video. It was our first time running a campaign like this, and we needed help clarifying how to communicate the heart of what we were trying to accomplish. Zach and his team helped us shape our ideas into a clear, focused story that reflected our mission and the real impact behind the campaign.”

Launching something new?
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Langley had a new idea and needed people to understand it quickly. If you're in the same place, we'd like to hear about it.
